We have rescued hundreds of animals.

We work in collaboration with local authorities, veterinarians, and dedicated volunteers across the country.

Timmy the Dog’s Miracle

Timmy is a dog who was run over in the Palestinian town of Beit Jala. He was thrown into a dumpster like an old, discarded piece of furniture, critically injured.

Luckily, a local woman heard his cries and called us for help. We found him completely paralyzed.

Despite everything, we chose to fight for his life and give him a second chance.

What do people say about us?

My Stevie went missing after the events of October 7th. Thanks to PTROA’s efforts, he was found 40 days later, near the Egyptian border—thin and weak, but alive.

Rebecca Geller

Tel Aviv

I’ve been feeding cats in the Palestinian territories for years. Without PTROA’s help, I could never have managed. Thank you.

Amal. D. H

Hebron

During the days you were searching for Iti, one song kept echoing in my mind: “VeHanadir HaZeh” (“This Rare One”). Thank you for bringing this rare one back to me, after more than 20 days.

Animal rescue is a mission for me.

For me, rescuing animals is not a hobby – it’s a mission.
I see no difference between a dog or cat who found a loving home and one born on the streets – every one of them deserves a life of dignity.
As human beings, we have a moral responsibility to care for those weaker than us – and animals are the weakest, especially when they have no voice or representation.

What do we do with your donations?

We use them for the purpose for which we founded the organization.

We will rescue

We will continue rescuing animals from conflict zones — the West Bank, Gaza, and the Gaza envelope.

We will care for them

We will continue to provide care, cover hospitalizations, and fund surgeries for sick animals.

We will feed them

We will continue to provide food in places where animals don’t have access to healthy, nutritious meals.
