The PTROA Board of Directors consists of people with experience in the field of operational intelligence and management.
These people are veterans of operational units, military units and state units. Have a rich background in understanding the needs of the system and providing systemic solutions.
The role of the board is to march the organization to success in the tasks it has set for itself and to achieve its goal – to change the harsh reality of animals around the world.

Yoram Erez

Founder and head of the organization. A former infantry officer (Major in the Res.). Has extensive experience in the field of warfare and intelligence. Graduate of Private Investigator Studies.

Col. Res. Served as Deputy Head of the Research Division at the Israel Defense Forces and later as Head of the Intelligence Division 9900. Today he serves as Head of the Intelligence Division in the Prime Minister’s Office.
